Blawn Mountain - Exploration and Development

Exploration of the Blawn Mountain project is focused on four areas of alunite mineralization covering approximately 11,550 acres referred to as Areas 1 to 4.

PHASE 1 CONFIRMATION DRILLING PROGRAM

Potash Ridge completed a confirmation drilling program on Area 1 between October 2011 and February 2012. All drill sites were twinned to locations of previous drill holes completed by Earth Sciences. A total of 34 holes were drilled in Area 1 comprising of 19 core and 15 reverse-circulation drilling holes. The total depth reached was 14,817 feet.

PHASE 2 CONFIRMATION DRILLING PROGRAM

Following the confirmation drilling program in Area 1, Potash Ridge completed a phase 2 infill drilling program in Area 2 between July and September 2012. The program totaled 50 drill holes, 6 core and 44 reverse-circulation to a total depth of 17,067 feet.

The results of the Area 2 drilling were analyzed and were included in the Preliminary Economic Assessment resulting in a mine life of 30 years.
